One cookie, and a choice you can refuse.
A cookie is a small note a website asks your browser to keep, so a later visit can remember a preference. This practice site uses that mechanism for a single purpose: to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. The same choice is also stored in your browser’s local storage under the key neuro-latticeway-cookie-consent. Reading this page is part of the same site described in our privacy note.
Types we use
The consent cookie is essential for remembering your choice. It is placed when you press Accept or Reject on the banner. Rejecting does not lock any page, form, or journal note. Analytics cookies are not in use. We do not run an advertising cookie and we do not embed third-party marketing tags.

Third parties
Pages request typefaces from Google Fonts. That is a network request for font files, not a cookie we set. Google may record the request under its own terms. We do not receive a copy of that record. If you block third-party requests, the text still appears in the browser’s own serif.
How to manage or disable cookies
Use Reject on the banner to record a refusal. Use Accept to record permission. You can also delete nlw_consent in your browser’s cookie settings and clear site data for neuro-latticeway.click, which removes the local storage key as well. After that, the banner returns on the next page. Browser help pages explain cookie deletion for each browser; the control usually sits in privacy or site settings.
Blocking all cookies in the browser means we cannot remember the refusal, so the banner will appear on each new visit. The sittings, fees, journal, and contact form still open.
What changes if you refuse
Refusing leaves the site fully usable. We simply keep a record that you refused, for six months, so we do not keep asking. No analytics cookie is added either way, because none is in use today. If that ever changes, this page and the banner will name the new cookie before it is set, and a refusal will mean it is not set.
