Refunds

When a fee comes back, and when the hour is kept.

These rules apply to income-and-expense sittings and planning engagements booked with Neuro Latticeway Financial Planning, Tambon Tan Yong Mat, Amphoe Ra-ngae, Narathiwat 96130. They match the way the work is delivered: time at the table, notes prepared before you arrive, and a deposit that holds dates. Eligibility

A fee you have paid can be refunded in full when you cancel a sitting at least five days before the confirmed start, and we have not yet prepared notes or sorted a bundle for that date. The annual-plan deposit can be refunded in full on the same five-day rule if no opening review has taken place.

Partial refunds

If you cancel between two and four days before the sitting, we keep the deposit or thirty percent of that sitting’s fee, whichever was collected, and refund the rest. The kept portion covers the diary space and any sorting Anan has already begun. If an annual plan stops after the opening review, the opening review is charged at 4,500 baht (or credited as already paid) and any unused quarterly sittings that were paid ahead are refunded. Quarters already sat are not refunded.

Work already started

Once a cash map or a sitting note has been drafted for you, the time spent on that draft is kept. If you end the engagement in the middle of a draft, we refund the portion of the quote that belongs to sittings not yet held, and we send you the draft as it stands so the paid work is in your hands.

Non-refundable items

A no-show, or a cancellation on the day of the sitting, keeps the fee for that sitting. We held the room and turned away another person. Ledger books, folders, or other materials we buy because you asked us to obtain them are non-refundable once purchased, and we hand them to you.

Rescheduling

You may move a confirmed sitting once, without a fee, if you tell us at least three days before the original time and we have another Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday within the following six weeks. A second move, or a move with less notice, is treated as a cancellation under the rules above. We may also move a sitting if Malai is ill; in that case you choose a new date or a full refund of any amount paid for the postponed hour.

Deposits

Annual plans are held with a deposit of thirty percent. The deposit is credited against the year’s quote. It is refundable only under the five-day rule before any opening review, or as part of the partial calculation if you stop later. Single sittings paid in full follow the same day-count rules; there is no separate deposit.

How to ask, and how it is paid

Write to info@neuro-latticeway.click with the date of the sitting, the engagement name, and the account that should receive the refund. We confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer to the account the fee came from, within fourteen working days of that confirmation. We do not send refunds in cash by post.

Exceptions

If we cancel an engagement because we cannot deliver it, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for work not yet done, including the deposit. If a paper you needed from us contains a numerical error we made, we correct the note without a new fee; a refund of the sitting is considered only when the error made the hour unusable and you would rather not repeat it. Thai consumer rules apply where they give you a protection these paragraphs do not narrow.
