How we look after what you send.
Neuro Latticeway Financial Planning is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through planning engagements. We handle personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand.
What we collect
From the contact form we collect your name, email address, the sitting you are considering, whether your papers are business-only or include the household, an optional preferred date, and the message you write. From a confirmed engagement we also keep the planning notes, quotes, payment records, and the copies of papers you ask us to hold. We do not ask for national identification numbers, bank passwords, or full card details through the website.
The site records a cookie choice, described on the cookie page. Server logs of the host may briefly store an IP address and the page requested, as part of ordinary hosting.
Why we use it
Enquiry details are used to reply, to suggest an engagement, and to arrange a sitting. Planning papers are used to prepare your cash map and the notes after each sitting. Payment records are kept so we can match a transfer to a date and handle a refund if one is due. Cookie choice is stored so we do not ask you again for six months. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to advertise other companies’ products.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence that does not become an engagement is kept for twenty-four months, then deleted. Planning notes, quotes, and payment records for a completed engagement are kept for seven years, because income-and-expense records are often needed if you or your accountant look back. Cookie consent is kept for six months. Hosting logs follow the host’s ordinary short retention.
Who else sees it
Malai Srichai and Anan Wongsuwan see the papers of an engagement. A bookkeeper or accountant of yours sees notes only if you show them or ask us to send them. Our bank sees the transfer you make. The company that hosts this website may process technical logs. We do not pass client lists to lenders, insurers, or advertisers.
International transfers
The practice itself stores planning notes in Narathiwat. When you load a page, font files are requested from Google Fonts so the type can display. That request may be processed on servers outside Thailand, and Google may see your IP address for that request. We do not send your receipts or contact-form contents to that font service. If a future host stores a backup outside Thailand, we will say so on this page before relying on it. You may ask us to correspond by telephone if you prefer to avoid email leaving your own provider’s servers.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete enquiry records that are no longer needed, object to a use that is not required for the sitting, and ask us to restrict use while a correction is checked. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. To exercise a right, email info@neuro-latticeway.click with enough detail for us to find the sitting or the enquiry. We reply within thirty days.
Deleting planning notes that the law or a live engagement still requires may have to wait until that duty ends. We will explain the reason if we cannot delete something immediately.
Children
The practice plans with adults who are self-employed. The site is written for those adults. If a message appears to come from a child, we will delete it and not open a sitting.
