Terms that govern the site and the sittings.

These terms apply to the website of Neuro Latticeway Financial Planning and to income-and-expense planning engagements booked with the practice. The registered business name is Neuro Latticeway Financial Planning. The practice is established at Tambon Tan Yong Mat, Amphoe Ra-ngae, Narathiwat 96130. By using the site, or by confirming a sitting in writing, you accept these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a household, you confirm that you may share the papers you bring.

The service

Sittings cover income and expenses for self-employed professionals: sorting receipts, naming a household draw, writing a cash map, and revising it on the dates we agree. The scope of each engagement is described on its own page and in the written quote. Formal returns to the Revenue Department remain your filing, prepared by you or by an accountant you appoint. Investment products, insurance policies, and loans sit outside these engagements.

Fees listed on the site are a guide. The quote we send after we understand the papers is the fee that applies. Nothing on the site is an offer to take payment through the site itself. Transfer details are sent when a date is confirmed.

Appointments

A sitting is held only when we have confirmed the day in reply to you. Please arrive with the papers named in the preparation list for that engagement. If you are late by more than twenty minutes, we may have to shorten the hour or move it, because the next person may already be expected. Rescheduling and cancellation follow the refund page.

Your papers

You keep ownership of your receipts, passbooks, and the facts of your year. You allow us to read them for the engagement and to write planning notes from them. Please bring copies if you cannot leave original passbooks with us overnight; we prefer to finish with the originals in your hands the same day.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and original writing on this website belong to Neuro Latticeway Financial Planning. You may read them and share a link. You may not copy the pages into another commercial site or present the cash-map method as your own published work. Planning notes we write for you are for your household and your trade. You may show them to your accountant. You may not sell them as a template.

Acceptable use

Use the contact form to ask about a sitting, a fee, or a refund. Send information that is yours to share. Do not use the form to send other people’s private papers without their agreement, and do not attempt to interfere with the site.

Liability

Planning notes are a record of the figures and choices discussed in the sitting. They are prepared with care from the papers you bring. They are a plan for spending and set-asides, and a cash map can be wrong if a season changes or if a receipt was missing. We are not liable for trading losses, tax penalties, or household decisions you take after the sitting, except where Thai law does not allow that limit. Our fee for the engagement in question is the practical ceiling of any claim that does arise from our written notes, again except where the law requires otherwise.

The site is offered so you can read about the practice and write to us. We will correct errors we notice, and we do not promise that every page will be free of interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes that we cannot settle by correspondence are subject to the courts of Thailand. If a clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue.
