Year-long engagement · The ledger room in Tambon Tan Yong Mat, or a visit within Narathiwat by arrangement

Annual Income-and-Expense Plan

A twelve-month cash map for a self-employed professional: expected income by month, standing costs, a household draw, and money set aside for tax and thin months, revised at four sittings.

Quoted after the opening review, commonly 28,000–42,000 baht for the year. Twelve months, with an opening sitting and four quarterly sittings.

Who it is for

Sole proprietors and independent professionals whose earnings arrive unevenly and whose household spending shares a pocket with the work: clinic owners, tutors, market cooks, traders, tailors, and similar practices.

What you leave with

You leave with a written cash map for the coming year and a short note after each quarterly sitting, so the months that did not match the map can be revised while there is still time.

Included

  • An opening sitting of about two hours to sort the past year of receipts, invoices, and personal draws
  • A written cash map covering twelve months: expected income, standing expenses, household draw, and set-asides
  • Four quarterly sittings of about ninety minutes
  • A short written note after each sitting, on paper or by email, as you prefer
  • One reschedule of a quarterly sitting when you give at least three days' notice

Outside this engagement

  • Preparing or filing a return with the Revenue Department
  • Weekly bookkeeping or daily cash recording
  • Audits, loan applications, and the sale of investment or insurance products
  • Payroll calculations for a staff beyond noting wages you have already paid

Who sits with you

Malai Srichai leads every annual plan. Anan Wongsuwan prepares the receipt bundles before each sitting so the table is ready when you arrive.

How the hours proceed

  1. You write to the practice, name the work you do, and ask for an opening sitting.
  2. At the opening review we sort the last twelve months into business costs, household spending, and items that are still unclear.
  3. Within ten days you receive a draft cash map for the year ahead.
  4. You live with the map. Each quarter we sit again, compare the three months with what you expected, and change the draw or the set-aside if the season turned.
  5. The year-end sitting closes the plan. If you want another year, we sketch it from what the last four quarters actually did.

What to bring

  • Bank passbooks or statements for the accounts you use
  • Receipt envelopes, including the messy one
  • A list of people you pay regularly: rent, suppliers, family support, school fees
  • A rough note of what you paid yourself during the year

Limits

The diary holds a limited number of annual plans so each quarter can be sat properly. If those places are taken, we offer the next opening rather than crowding the table. This engagement is for sole proprietors and independent professionals, not for companies with several shareholders. Travel outside Ra-ngae is added to the quote.

The next step

Request an opening sitting. If you continue into the annual plan within thirty days, the opening review fee is credited toward the year's quote.

Fees are explained on the fees page. Payment is by bank transfer after a date is confirmed.
