Who it is for

Self-employed people who have a year of papers in envelopes, bags, or a drawer and want them sorted before they decide whether a full year of planning is warranted.

You leave with three sorted bundles and a one-page note of what is still missing, so the next month of record-keeping has a clear place to start.

Who sits with you

Malai Srichai sits with you. If the bundle is large, Anan Wongsuwan spends the hour before the appointment grouping receipts by month.

How the hours proceed

1. You tell us the year you want reviewed and the kind of work you do.
2. We confirm a Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday sitting and what to bring.
3. During the sitting we sort aloud, so you can see why a fuel slip or a family transfer lands in one pile or the other.
4. You take the bundles and the note home the same day.

• Whatever papers you have for that year, even if they are incomplete
• Passbooks for the same months
• A note of any large payment you remember but cannot find a slip for

Limits

One sitting covers one person's year. A spouse's separate trade, or a second business, needs its own review. We do not reconstruct records that were never kept beyond what the passbook and your memory can support.
