Who it is for

Self-employed professionals who already write a simple monthly cash sheet and want a second pair of eyes four times a year, without a full annual engagement.

What you leave with

After each sitting you have a revised draw for the next three months and one expense that grew, named plainly, so it does not hide inside the total.

Included

  • A comparison of the quarter's income and expenses with the figures you expected
  • An adjusted household draw for the coming quarter
  • A short note of the one cost that moved the most

Outside this engagement

  • Sorting a neglected year of loose receipts
  • A fresh twelve-month map from scratch
  • Tax returns and correspondence with the Revenue Department

Who sits with you

Malai Srichai holds the sitting. Bring your own cash sheet; we do not rebuild it from loose slips in this shorter hour.

How the hours proceed

  1. You book the next quarter's date before you leave, or write when the three months are nearly done.
  2. You bring the cash sheet and the passbook for those months.
  3. We read the quarter together and change only what the numbers require.
  4. You take the note with you.

What to bring

  • Your cash sheet for the three months
  • Passbook pages or statements for the same period
  • Any bill that surprised you

Limits

This sitting assumes the papers are already in a sheet. If they are still in a bag, begin with the opening ledger review. A quarterly sitting inside an annual plan is included in that year's quote and is not billed again.

The next step

Request a quarterly sitting and tell us which three months you want to read.

Fees are explained on the fees page. Payment is by bank transfer after a date is confirmed.
